• Recognize trends, content possibilities, and new formats that enhance engagement.

• Expand audience reach, follower count, and community participation organically.

• Collaborate with leadership to transform coaching content, events, testimonials, and success stories into social media assets.

• Track social media performance and offer suggestions for enhancement.

• Interact with followers and help cultivate a vibrant online community.

• Analyze competitors and industry leaders to discover content opportunities.

• Organize content calendars and maintain consistent posting schedules.

• Assist with video, short-form content, and repurposing initiatives across channels.

• Profound understanding of US/Canadian culture, language, humor, and consumer habits.

• Solid grasp of social media platforms, trends, and audience behavior.

• Exceptional written communication skills in English.

• Proven experience in creating engaging content for social media.

• Capability to spot trends and swiftly adapt content.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage content calendars effectively.

• Creative thinker with a growth-oriented mindset.

• Self-motivated individual who excels in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in organically growing social media accounts (Nice to Have).

• Background in content creation, community management, or social media marketing (Nice to Have).

• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools (Nice to Have).

• Experience in producing short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or Facebook (Nice to Have).

• Knowledge of the real estate, coaching, education, or entrepreneurship sectors (Nice to Have).
