This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +3 more states.
• Moderating and addressing comments on our clients' social media platforms while maintaining their distinctive brand voice.
• Crafting thoughtful and engaging content to ignite discussions and enhance interaction.
• Ensuring that online communities remain safe, respectful, and compliant with client guidelines.
• Raising issues, insights, or trends to the internal team when necessary.
• Serving as a genuine extension of our clients’ brands by grasping their strategy, tone, and target audience.
• Excellent written communication abilities (spelling, grammar, clarity) in English, accompanied by strong cultural awareness.
• Proven experience in managing social media platforms, particularly in moderation and engagement.
• Capability to write for brands and adjust tone for various audiences.
• Familiarity with all major social media platforms, such as Facebook (account usage may be required depending on client needs).
• Ability to engage with a diverse range of content topics (e.g., technology, retail, food, hospitality, tourism, health, pharmaceuticals).
• Strong organizational skills, dependability, and exceptional customer service instincts.
