Social Media Content Specialist – Bilingual French/English

📋 Description

• Monitor and engage with comments across client social media platforms using their distinct brand voice.

• Create thoughtful and captivating content to initiate discussions and enhance engagement.

• Assist in fostering online communities that are safe, respectful, and in accordance with client standards.

• Report issues, insights, or trends to the internal team as necessary.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of client brands, including their strategies, tone, and target audience.

• Advanced proficiency in both English and French.

• Exceptional written communication abilities (spelling, grammar, clarity) in English and French.

• Experience in managing social media platforms, particularly in moderation and engagement.

• Knowledge of all major social media platforms, such as Facebook.

• Capability to engage with a diverse range of content topics (e.g., technology, retail, food, hospitality, tourism, health, pharmaceutical).

• Strong organizational skills, dependability, and outstanding customer service instincts.

• Access to reliable, high-speed internet suitable for remote work.
