Social Media, Content Operations Assistant – AI-Driven

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Edit talking-head videos utilizing prebuilt templates (mainly CapCut).

• Incorporate captions, overlays (such as price and location), and covers.

• Adhere to established content formats and templates.

• Maintain consistency in the quality and formatting of outputs.

• Efficiently organize and manage content assets.

• Upload and schedule content across various platforms.

• Accurately apply captions and formatting.

• Implement the content calendar generated by AI.

• Ensure consistency in posting frequency and structure.

• Respond to incoming messages and DMs on different platforms.

• Qualify leads before forwarding them to the founder.

• Log and manage leads using CRM systems (like Airtable or similar).

• Keep organized, structured records of all interactions.

• Build and sustain a network of UAE real estate agents.

• Conduct daily outreach through WhatsApp, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

• Identify off-market real estate opportunities.

• Track agents, deals, buyers/sellers, and follow-ups within a structured system.

• Assist in the creation and management of WhatsApp groups.

• Foster engagement within the community.

• Follow up with members to stimulate conversations and facilitate deals.

• Work daily with AI tools (primarily Claude).

• Utilize AI to generate scripts, captions, and content outputs.

• Perform tasks based on AI-generated workflows.

• Follow structured systems with accuracy.

• Continuously enhance efficiency through the use of AI tools.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in:

• Social media execution (not strategy), OR

• Virtual assistant/operations roles, OR

• Community management/lead handling.

• Strong written English skills (clear, professional, and error-free communication).

• Familiarity with tools such as:

• CapCut (or similar video editing software).

• Canva (basic proficiency).

• Google Workspace.

• CRM tools (Airtable, Notion, etc.).

• Messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn).

• Comfort in working within structured environments with predefined systems.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
