This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Support the development of content strategies and planning across various brands and platforms.
• Assist in managing social media calendars and executing campaigns.
• Uphold brand messaging and ensure uniformity across all digital channels.
• Craft compelling captions and social media copy that connect with target audiences.
• Produce website copy, blog posts, newsletters, and additional marketing materials as necessary.
• Aid in the conceptualization of social campaigns, storytelling approaches, and content themes.
• Generate engaging written content customized for diverse audiences and platforms.
• Collaborate with designers or creators to ensure visual and cultural alignment of content.
• Schedule and publish social media content across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
• Monitor engagement and assist with community interactions as needed.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media channels.
• Analyze the performance of social media posts and campaigns.
• Offer insights on engagement trends and content effectiveness.
• Contribute to optimizing content strategy based on audience behavior and outcomes.
• 2–4 years of experience in managing social media for brands or agencies.
• Proven experience in creating and overseeing social media content calendars.
• Background in writing website, blog, and newsletter content.
• Familiarity with working alongside digital marketing teams or agencies is advantageous.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Experience producing both short-form and long-form marketing content.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and strategies for audience engagement.
• Capacity to manage multiple client accounts and projects at the same time.
• Proficiency in using scheduling and social media management tools.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Creative thinker with a solid understanding of online communities.
• Ability to communicate authentically and respectfully on culturally sensitive topics.
• Team-oriented individual who excels in a dynamic agency environment.
• Enthusiasm for digital storytelling and fostering meaningful audience engagement.
