This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Design and implement a social media strategy that reflects TSB’s premium identity.
• Produce high-quality, captivating content (including posts, short videos, carousels, etc.) for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and potentially TikTok.
• Simplify complex subjects (such as music rights, catalog valuation, and transactions) into engaging and understandable narratives.
• Oversee daily social media activities (including posting, scheduling, and engagement).
• Collaborate with the founder/team to derive insights and convert them into compelling content.
• Uphold a consistent brand voice that is premium, strategic, and authoritative.
• Track performance metrics and enhance content based on analytics.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management and/or content creation.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken) — able to produce content at a native or near-native level.
• Strong grasp of content trends, storytelling techniques, and digital positioning.
• Experience in creating content for B2B, premium brands, or professional services is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity or experience with the music industry (including artists, publishing, rights, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Capability to work autonomously and contribute innovative ideas.
