This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Actively create engaging social media content, encompassing posts, polls, native carousels, short-form videos, multi-image posts, PDFs, infographics, and other effective social content. You possess a strong understanding of which formats enhance engagement on each platform.
• Foster and expand our community of customers and partners across social platforms.
• Spot emerging trends and opportunities, leading social-first initiatives and experimenting with novel content types and the latest innovations in social media.
• Contribute to and implement an overarching social media strategy, which includes ongoing content, community interaction, influencer programs, and related creative efforts.
• Develop and publish monthly content calendars along with bi-monthly planning, incorporating feedback from various teams to ensure content is strategic and informed by data.
• Propel social campaigns, programs, and marketing initiatives, including a comprehensive macro/micro-influencer program that aligns with product launches and relevant trends/news.
• Promote internal communications through social sharing to introduce fresh content to the organization.
• Implement and report on integrated brand campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally with different departments and GTM teams to translate brand campaign goals into social-first content.
• Partner with the inbound demand generation and paid social teams to design and deliver innovative, top-tier organic social campaigns.
• Evaluate social media performance, share valuable insights, and proactively recommend new strategies to enhance engagement across all platforms and emerging channels.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of social media metrics, data analysis, and key insights as they relate to industry benchmarks and best practices.
• Over 4 years of experience in crafting compelling social content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, with expertise in both organic and paid social media on key platforms.
• Comprehensive understanding of major social networks, platform specifics, and algorithm performance—including which formats, lengths, and content types yield results on each.
• Proficient in content creation and video editing tools, including AI-powered applications, with a keen eye for design in both static and video formats.
• Proven success in social media community engagement, incorporating growth strategies, campaigns, influencer marketing, and content strategy.
• Capability to leverage data and analytics to create, assess, and enhance content programs that drive conversions, and to communicate those insights effectively to cross-functional teams.
• Experience in managing and executing various ongoing and campaign-specific social programs from inception to completion with a high degree of autonomy.
• Strong initiative, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Experience with podcasts, newsletters, or social series programs.
