This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Generate content quickly and at scale: Conceptualize, film, edit, and publish content on a weekly (and frequently daily) basis, swiftly responding to emerging trends, cultural moments, and changes in platforms.
• Keep an eye on social trends, formats, sounds, and discussions, interpreting them authentically in line with BRUNA’s voice and aesthetic.
• Take ownership of and enhance the BRUNA brand across social media: Curate and sustain a harmonious and inspiring brand image across all social platforms, ensuring consistency in tone, visual identity, and storytelling.
• Oversee daily postings and interactions to actively engage and expand our community.
• Independently organize and execute social-first shoots and partake in brand shoots, capturing behind-the-scenes and real-time content.
• Participate in and help create events, pop-ups, and brand moments to capture live content and transition offline experiences online.
• Identify, connect with, and collaborate with suitable creators to broaden BRUNA's reach and cultural significance.
• Provide creative briefs to creators and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
• Work closely with internal teams to align social content with broader brand and campaign objectives.
• Track social metrics and performance, utilizing insights to refine content strategies and continuously enhance impact.
• 2-3+ years of relevant education in digital media, graphic design, content creation, or related disciplines.
• 2+ years of professional experience with lifestyle brands or agencies.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and other tools for content creation.
