This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Support our B2B & B2B2C clients as a sparring partner, consultant, and project lead.
• Develop cross-channel social media strategies and execute them.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Editorial work, idea generation, content planning, content creation, and content distribution.
• Manage community engagement and reporting.
• Oversee agency revenues in the six-figure range.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ensure continuous profitability and quality of your projects.
• Completed degree (Bachelor or Master), preferably with a focus on marketing.
• At least 2 years of experience in professional social media marketing.
• Proven success in managing client projects, budget responsibilities, and strategy development.
• Experience in professional social media marketing, understanding platform dynamics, tools & trends, and KPI-driven work.
• Expertise in social media strategy combined with a flair for brand management.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, both spoken and written.
