This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Manage daily publishing activities across ZBiotics' social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn.
• Remain culturally aware by monitoring trends and shifts within various platforms.
• Create and disseminate monthly content reports that evaluate progress towards objectives.
• Represent ZBiotics in comments, direct messages, and product reviews, encouraging authentic conversations.
• Formulate and implement a proactive engagement strategy.
• Assist in cultivating community both online and in real life, discovering opportunities to enhance loyalty.
• Aid in the planning and execution of community events and activations.
• Coordinate outreach efforts for influencer partnerships at the micro and mid-tier levels.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media management and community engagement for a brand.
• A confident copywriter capable of adjusting voice and tone across various platforms while maintaining brand identity.
• Culturally savvy: intuitively understands platform-specific behaviors on TikTok and Instagram.
• Highly responsive and organized — ensuring direct messages are addressed and deadlines are met.
• Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Archive, Dash Hudson).
• Comfortable both in front of and behind the camera — skilled in shooting and editing social media content.
