Social Media Community Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assisting in transforming client success stories and company initiatives into captivating social media content.

• Coordinating and monitoring content activities across the internal team and ambassador network.

• Ensuring the creation of content.

• Making sure that posts are published on time.

• Keeping ambassadors engaged and active.

• Monitoring brand mentions.

• Ensuring that engagement opportunities are not overlooked.

• Maintaining organized reporting and accountability.

• Collaborating closely with marketing, leadership, video editors, designers, ambassadors, and clients to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms.

• Experience in growing and managing social media accounts.

• Familiarity with AI/LLM tools for content generation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized with great attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with ease.

• Capability to work quickly and efficiently.

• Strong follow-through and accountability abilities.

• Knowledge of residential real estate industry trends and terminology.

• Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.

• Experience in editing short-form video content.

• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools.

• Familiarity with social scheduling and reporting tools.

• Experience in influencer or ambassador coordination.

• Understanding of viral and social-first content strategies.

• Experience in repurposing content at scale.
