This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee and expand the social media accounts of Truelogic and the CEO.
• Create and implement content strategies that align with business goals.
• Plan, produce, and schedule content across various platforms.
• Modify the tone of voice according to each platform (LinkedIn, X, etc.).
• Discover opportunities on emerging platforms (Reddit, Twitch, etc.).
• Monitor and actively interact with the community (comments, messages, mentions).
• Encourage relevant discussions within the B2B tech space.
• Manage feedback and maintain online reputation.
• Compose engaging copy that reflects brand positioning.
• Simplify technical concepts into clear and captivating content for B2B audiences.
• Assist in creating visual and multimedia content (a plus).
• Track social media metrics (engagement, growth, reach).
• Produce performance reports and suggest enhancements.
• Assist in data analysis for ongoing optimization.
• Aid in executing digital strategies within HubSpot (Marketing Hub and CMS).
• Help manage lists, workflows, and email campaigns as necessary.
• Provide support for initiatives set by the Growth Marketing team.
• Assist in building reports and dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio).
• Proven experience in Social Media / Community Management (preferably in B2B tech or the US market).
• Background in managing and enhancing the social media presence of a CEO or other high-level executives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in both English and Spanish.
• Experience in crafting and executing content strategies.
• Analytical mindset with a background in monitoring and interpreting social media metrics.
• General understanding of digital tools and social media platforms.
• Practical experience with managing paid media campaigns on LinkedIn.
• Tech-savvy with a solid grasp of current digital trends, tools, and platforms.
• Familiarity with HubSpot (a plus).
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (a plus).
• Experience with Looker Studio (a plus).
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS (a plus).
