This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Oversee and enhance Truelogic’s and the CEO’s social media profiles.
• Formulate and implement content strategies that align with business goals.
• Plan, produce, and schedule content across various platforms.
• Tailor tone and voice to suit each channel (LinkedIn, X, etc.).
• Discover opportunities on emerging platforms (Reddit, Twitch, etc.).
• Monitor and actively engage with the community (comments, messages, mentions).
• Cultivate relevant discussions within the B2B tech landscape.
• Manage feedback and uphold online reputation.
• Craft persuasive copy that aligns with brand positioning.
• Convert technical concepts into clear and engaging content for B2B audiences.
• Assist in the development of visual and multimedia content (plus).
• Track social media metrics (engagement, growth, reach).
• Generate performance reports and suggest enhancements.
• Aid in data analysis for ongoing optimization.
• Support the implementation of digital strategies using HubSpot (Marketing Hub and CMS).
• Help manage lists, workflows, and email campaigns as necessary.
• Provide assistance in executing initiatives defined by the Growth Marketing team.
• Help create reports and dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio).
• Proven experience in Social Media / Community Management (preferably in B2B tech or the US market).
• Experience in managing and enhancing the social media presence of a CEO or senior executive.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Experience in crafting and executing content strategies.
• Analytical mindset with a background in tracking and interpreting social media metrics.
• General familiarity with digital tools and social media platforms.
• Practical experience managing paid media campaigns on LinkedIn.
• Tech-savvy, with a solid understanding of current digital trends, tools, and platforms.
• Nice to have: Experience with tools like HubSpot.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of Google Analytics 4.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with Looker Studio.
• Nice to have: Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Nice to have: Experience with paid media campaigns on other platforms.
