This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.
• Oversee and enhance the social media presence of Truelogic and its CEO.
• Design and implement content strategies that align with business goals.
• Plan, create, and schedule content for various platforms.
• Tailor tone of voice according to each channel (LinkedIn, X, etc.).
• Explore new opportunities on emerging platforms (Reddit, Twitch, etc.).
• Monitor and actively engage with the community through comments, messages, and mentions.
• Cultivate meaningful discussions within the B2B tech ecosystem.
• Manage feedback and maintain online reputation.
• Craft compelling copy that aligns with brand positioning.
• Simplify technical concepts into clear, engaging content for B2B audiences.
• Assist in the creation of visual and multimedia content (plus).
• Track social media metrics (engagement, growth, reach).
• Create performance reports and suggest improvements.
• Aid in data analysis for ongoing optimization.
• Support the execution of digital strategies within HubSpot (Marketing Hub and CMS).
• Help manage lists, workflows, and email campaigns as necessary.
• Provide assistance in implementing initiatives defined by the Growth Marketing team.
• Help build reports and dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio).
• Experience in Social Media / Community Management, preferably in B2B tech or the U.S. market.
• Proven track record in managing and growing the social media presence of a CEO or high-level executive.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Experience in developing and executing content strategies.
• Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and interpreting social media metrics.
• General understanding of digital tools and social media platforms.
• Practical experience in managing paid media campaigns on LinkedIn.
• Tech-savvy with a solid grasp of current digital trends, tools, and platforms.
• Nice to have: Experience using tools like HubSpot, knowledge of Google Analytics 4, experience with Looker Studio, basic understanding of HTML and CSS, and experience with paid media campaigns on other platforms.
