Social Media, Community Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand Truelogic’s and the CEO’s social media presence.

• Create and implement content strategies that align with business goals.

• Plan, produce, and schedule content across various platforms.

• Tailor the tone of voice according to each channel (LinkedIn, X, etc.).

• Discover new opportunities on emerging platforms (Reddit, Twitch, etc.).

• Monitor and actively engage with the community through comments, messages, and mentions.

• Encourage relevant discussions within the B2B tech landscape.

• Manage feedback and uphold online reputation.

• Write persuasive copy that reflects brand identity.

• Convert technical ideas into clear and engaging content for B2B audiences.

• Assist in the development of visual and multimedia content (plus).

• Track social media metrics (engagement, growth, reach).

• Produce performance reports and suggest enhancements.

• Aid in data analysis for ongoing optimization.

• Support the execution of digital strategies using HubSpot (Marketing Hub and CMS).

• Help manage lists, workflows, and email campaigns as necessary.

• Provide assistance in executing initiatives set by the Growth Marketing team.

• Aid in the construction of reports and dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio).

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Social Media / Community Management (preferably in B2B tech or the US market).

• Demonstrated experience in managing and enhancing the social media presence of a CEO or high-level executive.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.

• Experience in creating and executing content strategies.

• Analytical mindset with a track record of tracking and interpreting social media metrics.

• General understanding of digital tools and social media platforms.

• Practical experience managing paid media campaigns on LinkedIn.

• Tech-savvy, with a solid understanding of current digital trends, tools, and platforms.
