This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.
• Manage and enhance all activities across SLA's social media channels.
• Create strategies aimed at increasing business visibility and brand recognition.
• Ensure SLA is engaged in significant discussions concerning African women.
• Facilitate weekly strategic meetings to guide content direction.
• Collaborate with growth teams to enhance social media expansion.
• Set community engagement objectives on both weekly and monthly bases.
• Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making processes.
• Supervise and finalize the production and editing of social content.
• Generate innovative concepts and series for the audience.
• Engage with users and promote interaction on platforms.
• Proficient in digital content creation (familiarity with Canva is a plus).
• Strong project management skills.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a virtual team.
• Positive attitude and adaptability.
• High standards of professionalism and ethics.
• Comfortable with both receiving and providing feedback.
• Possess a good sense of humor.
• Able to thrive in a startup environment.
