Social Media Assistant, Knowledge of APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operational execution of influencer campaigns on TikTok and Instagram for clients in APAC and Western regions.

• Provide briefings to approved creators through email, WhatsApp, or Instagram.

• Monitor creator responses, follow up on drafts, and manage timelines to ensure campaigns remain on schedule.

• Gather and perform quality checks on content drafts to ensure alignment with the brief.

• Collaborate with account managers to proactively identify and communicate any delays, dropouts, or potential risks.

• Handle payment coordination through internal systems such as Tipalti and PayPal.

• Maintain updated campaign statuses and notes in the Round Dashboard.

• Engage in clear and consistent communication with internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be located in Asia (any major timezone).

• Availability from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM UK time is mandatory.

• Proficient in written and spoken English, with confidence in internal communications, client emails, and occasional client calls.

• Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and time zones.

• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in briefing creators, tracking status, and managing payment information.

• Familiarity with Slack, Google Sheets, email, WhatsApp, and Dropbox.

• Quick responder who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Active user of TikTok with a good understanding of current trends.

• Willingness to learn and develop, with aspirations to move into campaign management.

• Some knowledge of at least one of the following languages: Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, or Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.

• Comfort with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for increased efficiency is preferred.

• Interest in or knowledge of APAC music genres (K-pop, J-pop, C-pop, SEA) is preferred.
