This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Upload and curate dynamic multimedia content while managing daily interactions and inquiries.
• Collect data on audience demographics, engagement metrics, industry trends, competitor promotional activities, and marketing insights.
• Create or supervise the content calendar, campaign timelines, and postings across various platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams for content creation, strategic planning, and promotional efforts.
• Facilitate discussions, build relationships with the brand's audience, and handle customer reviews and feedback.
• Investigate potential influencers, compatible products, and businesses to establish strategic partnerships.
• Generate written content (captions, descriptions, etc.) for social media updates.
• Support the Ad Manager in executing social media advertising campaigns.
• Perform general administrative duties.
• Undertake ad hoc tasks as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or a certified course in marketing or business.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Social Media or related fields.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal (minimum B2 level).
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in layout design, graphic fundamentals, typography, and both print and web design.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design tools.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects.
