Social Media Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Develop and organize content for various platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X

• Craft captions and copy that align with the brand's voice and resonate with the target audience

• Oversee comments, messages, and mentions, responding or flagging them as necessary

• Monitor post performance and generate straightforward monthly reports

• Assist in campaign planning and help manage content calendars

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing social media for a brand or business (not solely personal profiles)

• Excellent written English with a keen sense of tone and style

• Knowledge of scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later

• Basic graphic design abilities using Canva or similar tools are advantageous

• Access to reliable internet and a designated home workspace
