This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Social Media Content Creation & Scheduling: Develop, edit (photos and videos), and plan daily content for Linkedin, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Facebook across three interconnected accounts, which include a production company, a released feature film, and a rising actress and recording artist, utilizing videos, materials, and assets provided by the team.

• Thumbnail & Graphic Design: Create thumbnails, simple branded graphics, and short-form video edits using tools like CapCut or Canva to ensure a consistent visual identity across all platforms and accounts.

• Community Engagement: Daily monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms to foster audience interaction, increase each account's following, and enhance visibility for the film and talent.

• Content Calendar Support: Aid in the development and maintenance of a posting schedule for all three accounts to guarantee consistent daily content aligned with key releases, announcements, and campaign highlights.

• Traffic & Audience Funneling: Assist in guiding social media audiences toward priority destinations, including film streaming platforms, music releases, casting announcements, and other revenue-generating activities within the brand ecosystem.

• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track basic engagement metrics across all accounts and provide regular updates on content performance, enabling the team to adjust strategies as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• Social Media Content Creation Experience: Previous hands-on experience in creating and posting content across Linkedin, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and/or Facebook, with an understanding of platform-specific formats and engagement strategies.

• Strong Written English Proficiency: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally through social captions and day-to-day correspondence.

• Video and Graphic Editing Skills: Proficient in using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar platforms to create publish-ready content from provided video footage, images, and brand materials.

• Platform and Trend Awareness: Knowledge of current trends, viral content formats, and algorithm behaviors on short-form video platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram Reels.

• Reliable Follow-Through: Capable of following clear direction, completing assigned tasks in a timely manner, and raising questions or concerns proactively.

• Entertainment or Film Industry Experience (Preferred): Previous exposure to film, talent management, or content creation in support of an entertainment brand or creative project is a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with AI tools.
