Social Media and Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will collaborate directly with Stephan, a passionate growth hacker who has successfully established a $1 million ARR marketing agency with just five team members.

• Create engaging content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, and others, utilizing AI tools and automation.

• Distribute content through Loomly, AI agents, or alternative tools.

• Replicate the Gymshark66 Challenge and recruit over 100 affiliates to serve as Lemio brand ambassadors.

• Manage public relations publications.

• Build community by sending out emails to our diverse email lists.

• Employ Claude Code and various AI tools to streamline tasks and workflows.

• We seek individuals who are eager to get involved in hands-on work; this is not a strategic position!

• Ideally, you have always aspired to become the Head of Marketing for a tech startup.

• You are enthusiastic about mental health and a healthy lifestyle in general.

• You possess a strong passion for content creation, writing, blogging, and social media.

• You have between 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
