Social Media Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Analyzes and evaluates the performance of social media campaigns, creating visual representations of metrics to offer insightful recommendations.

• Assists in sourcing and pinpointing social media trends, providing suggestions on their application in campaigns.

• Investigates user engagement and conversion statistics to assess the effectiveness of copy and community management strategies.

• Cultivates a robust understanding of project-specific audience targets and strategies to effectively engage them.

• Conducts research on online fan communities, offering strategic recommendations for optimal engagement.

• Utilizes data and observations to create comprehensive reports and visual presentations.

• Develops dashboards that facilitate effective campaign reporting and tactical insights based on social media objectives.

• Works collaboratively with accounts, strategy, partnerships, and creative teams to enhance their efforts with data-driven insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English at an advanced level (C1+ / C2).

• Prior experience in a social media analytics position.

• Experience with social media campaigns in the entertainment industry.

• Strong knowledge of all social networks, their functionalities, and the marketing and digital advertising landscape.

• Ability to provide examples of leveraging social media analytics to boost campaign performance.

• Outstanding project management abilities with a strong attention to detail.

• Experience in creative storytelling, synthesizing channel insights, and translating consumer data into actionable insights for marketing stakeholders.

• Proficient in data analysis, including data cleanup and normalization, as well as developing insights and strategic recommendations based on analyses.

• Experience in a digital media agency is highly preferred.
