This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Monitor algorithm changes across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
• Analyze data from various published content in strategic markets to determine which formats, timings, and types of content yield the highest engagement.
• Track competitors' performance on social media and industry benchmarks within HR Tech.
• Centralize and report social media KPIs across different markets and channels.
• Identify relevant conversation trends within the HR industry and provide the team with timely insights.
• Produce a consolidated social media report for leadership reviews.
• Advanced management of dashboards and data interpretation on native platforms.
• Over 2 years of experience in social media analysis, growth, or performance in B2B environments.
• Ability to read data and translate it into clear, actionable recommendations for content teams.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to expedite analysis, detect patterns, summarize insights, and optimize reporting processes.
• Experience working with multiple markets, languages, or regions (a plus).
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong synthesis capabilities.
• Experience in B2B SaaS environments (a plus).
