This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee and sustain the company’s social media channels, including posting, scheduling, and engaging with audiences.
• Develop and share content that highlights available units, property updates, and community features.
• Address social media inquiries and direct messages promptly and professionally.
• Track engagement metrics and assist in formulating strategies to enhance online presence and generate leads.
• Aid in the marketing of available rental units across diverse platforms.
• Handle leasing inquiries and supply information to potential tenants.
• Arrange and manage property viewings.
• Support the leasing process by gathering applications and maintaining leasing records.
• Act as a primary contact for tenant inquiries and general communications.
• Foster positive relationships with tenants and ensure prompt responses to their requests.
• Help coordinate maintenance requests and relay updates to tenants.
• Keep precise tenant records and documentation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Experience in managing social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
• Previous experience in customer service or tenant relations is preferred.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic administrative and computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools).
• A professional, friendly, and solution-focused demeanor.
