This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Collaborate with clients following implementation to deliver continuous system support, optimization, and advisory services.
• Ensure that deadlines are achieved to meet crucial deliverables and client expectations.
• Configure and manage UKG WFM modules, including Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Accruals, and Absence Management.
• Diagnose system issues and facilitate resolution through appropriate triage and escalation.
• Evaluate system performance, data integrity, and process flows to suggest enhancements.
• Conduct regular client interactions to pinpoint gaps, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead consultative discussions regarding workforce processes and system best practices.
• Convert business requirements into system configurations and solutions.
• Assist in testing activities, including the validation of configuration changes.
• Leverage reporting and analytics to offer insights and recommendations.
• Establish and nurture strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Create client-facing materials such as documentation, templates, and communications.
• Stay informed about UKG releases, compliance updates, and product enhancements.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, process enhancements, and team development.
• Engage in client sessions, including business reviews and learning sessions.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Management (WFM).
• Demonstrated experience across essential WFM modules: Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Accruals, and Absence Management.
• UKG WFM Certification (mandatory).
• Experience supporting 10–15+ implementations or client engagements.
• Strong understanding of system configuration, data views, and testing methodologies.
• Experience with integrations and reporting/analytics.
• Strong client-facing experience with the capability to lead discussions independently.
• Solid knowledge of HR, payroll, and workforce processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
