This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients after implementation to deliver ongoing system support, optimization, and advisory services.

• Ensure that timelines are adhered to in order to meet key deliverables and client expectations.

• Configure and maintain UKG WFM modules, which include Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Accruals, and Absence Management.

• Diagnose system issues and facilitate resolution through appropriate triage and escalation processes.

• Evaluate system performance, data integrity, and process flows to suggest enhancements.

• Conduct regular client interactions to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

• Lead consultative discussions regarding workforce processes and system best practices.

• Convert business requirements into system configurations and solutions.

• Assist in testing activities, including the validation of configuration changes.

• Leverage reporting and analytics to provide insights and recommendations.

• Establish and maintain robust client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

• Create client-facing materials, including documentation, templates, and communications.

• Remain informed about UKG releases, compliance updates, and product enhancements.

• Contribute to the sharing of internal knowledge, process improvements, and team development initiatives.

• Engage in client sessions such as business reviews and learning opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of practical experience with UKG Workforce Management (WFM).

• Demonstrated proficiency across core WFM modules: Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Accruals, and Absence Management.

• UKG WFM Certification is required.

• Experience in supporting 10–15+ implementations or client engagements.

• Strong comprehension of system configuration, data views, and testing methodologies.

• Experience with integrations and reporting/analytics.

• Proven client-facing experience with the capacity to lead discussions independently.

• Solid understanding of HR, payroll, and workforce processes.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
