• Review visual and written content generated by AI for business purposes.

• Evaluate workflows that involve spreadsheets, PDFs, images, and other business documents.

• Deliver organized comparative feedback and scoring on AI performance.

• Submit finalized evaluation reports and transcripts of conversations.

• Test AI's capabilities in managing customer communications and operational situations.

• Offer business insights pertaining to marketing strategies, research, and financial planning.

• Adhere to comprehensive evaluation guidelines and maintain quality standards.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a business owner or in small business operations.

• In-depth understanding of daily SMB workflows and customer engagement.
