Small Business Owner – AI Training Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop realistic prompts that reflect typical small business scenarios and objectives

• Engage with various AI chatbots and assess the quality of their responses

• Analyze outputs based on **accuracy**, **clarity**, **usefulness**, and relevance to business

• Review business content generated by AI, both visual and textual

• Evaluate workflows that include spreadsheets, PDFs, images, and other business documents

• Offer structured feedback and scoring based on comparisons

• Submit finalized evaluation reports and transcripts of conversations

• Test AI's ability to manage customer communications and operational situations

• Provide business insights pertaining to marketing, research, and financial strategies

• Adhere to comprehensive evaluation protocols and quality benchmarks

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Spanish communication

• Over 2 years of experience as a business owner or in small business management

• Deep understanding of daily SMB operations and customer engagement

• Familiarity with AI tools, including chatbots or generative AI platforms

• Capable of critically assessing written and visual business materials

• Comfortable with spreadsheets, PDFs, and image input formats

• Strong analytical skills and structured thinking abilities
