Slot Game Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Create innovative slot games based on specified concepts.

• Develop comprehensive sections of Game Design Documents and technical specifications for implementation.

• Establish and uphold simulation frameworks.

• Conduct RTP tests, evaluate results, and generate detailed reports.

• Collaborate closely with developers and QA to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

• Quickly iterate designs based on testing feedback.

• Design engaging slot game concepts with captivating mechanics and develop essential game features.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the gambling industry, particularly in slots.

• Demonstrated ability to produce clear, structured fragments of Game Design Documents and technical specifications.

• Proficient in articulating algorithms, including intricate calculations and formulas.

• Strong enthusiasm for designing, developing, and fully owning key game features.

• Knowledge of programming languages is advantageous.

• Experience working collaboratively with developers, artists, and producers.

• Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficient English skills for interpreting technical documentation and facilitating team communication.

• Upper-intermediate level of English proficiency.
