Site Superintendent – Special Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Daily management and oversight of the project

• Ensure the project adheres to safety standards, remains on budget, and is completed on time

• Develop a construction strategy that aligns with client objectives

• Supervise the procurement and delivery of materials, construction tools, and equipment

• Oversee the management of rental equipment and ensure proper demobilization/off-rent when not in use

• Establish the Quality Control Plan for the project

⛳️ Requirements

• At least ten years of experience in the construction sector

• A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in construction

• Proficient in reading construction drawings, processing design documents, P&ID, isometrics, and equipment sheets for work planning

• Strong background in teamwork

• Capability to work autonomously with minimal oversight

• Outstanding communication abilities, both verbal and written

• Strong skills in planning and controlling work processes

• Understanding of quality requirements specific to each project
