Site Superintendent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Oversee on-site operations for significant hospitality renovation projects.

• Coordinate teams and subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

• Act as the primary on-site contact with clients.

• Support the Project Manager with the scope of work for subcontractors and vendors, as well as verifying costs of change orders.

• Accountable for on-site supervision from mobilization to completion and de-mobilization.

• Create, maintain, and enforce project schedules; communicate updates to all relevant parties.

• Review and validate submittals and shop drawings.

• Oversee manpower crews on-site.

• Responsible for the field management of subcontractors and local regulations.

• Ensure compliance with work quality standards and conduct on-site inspections.

• Keep daily logs of job activities and address any onsite conflicts.

• Lead by example in maintaining a clean and organized job site.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma.

• Participation in Elements leadership programs and assessments is preferred.

• More than 5 years of experience in project supervision with a diverse background in commercial construction.

• Strong ability to read and interpret building plans.

• Experience in implementing process strategies.

• Understanding and embodying Elements MIGs (Partnerships, Culture, Risk Management, Deliverables) and company culture.

• Self-management and motivation are essential for success in this role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiar with Procore, Bluebeam, Excel, MS Project, and Paylocity.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with others.

• Skilled in building and managing interpersonal relationships at various levels.

• Excellent communicator with meticulous attention to detail.
