This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Manage daily operations at construction sites, ensuring compliance with plans, schedules, and safety measures.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, laborers, and other construction personnel, offering guidance and direction to promote efficient workflows.
• Track work progress and quality, perform regular inspections, and address any issues or deviations from plans to uphold high construction standards.
• Enforce strict compliance with safety regulations, protocols, and company policies to ensure a secure working environment for all on-site personnel.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of project progress, including daily reports, work logs, and incident reports.
• Serve as a point of contact between project managers, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and promptly resolving any project-related issues.
• Identify and resolve problems that may occur during construction, such as unexpected delays, conflicts, or technical challenges, while keeping project timelines on track.
• Demonstrated experience as a Site Superintendent or in a similar capacity within commercial construction projects.
• Strong capability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, ensuring accurate execution and compliance with design and scope requirements.
• Experience in constructability analysis, recognizing potential issues early and providing clear guidance to trades.
• Maintain a strong sense of urgency and adaptability to manage fast-paced project timelines effectively.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
• Proficient in computer skills, including familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore).
• Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
• Must possess a valid passport.
