Site Reliability Engineer – Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Recognizing and addressing common operational issues to provide seamless experiences for customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in operational management, including incident management and escalation processes.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing application monitoring to ensure reliability and performance align with or exceed business objectives.

• Experience in developing strategies to manage operational load and address overflow using suitable tools and metrics; defining service level indicators and objectives in partnership with stakeholders, business units, development, DevSecOps, and operations teams.

• Solution and design expertise in an enterprise environment: Windows server, Linux server (preferably RHEL), UNIX (AIX, Solaris), Windows server, storage, and Hyperscaler Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform); public cloud platforms such as AWS, OpenShift, Azure, or GCP.

• Familiarity with data formats and scripting languages such as JSON, YAML, Bash, and/or PowerShell.
