Site Reliability Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in the maintenance and scaling of infrastructure for our flagship products—FinCense and the AFC Ecosystem.

• Partner with engineering, DevOps, and client success teams to implement deployments effectively.

• Develop and sustain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems utilizing tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.

• Automate the provisioning of infrastructure and deployment of applications using Terraform, Ansible, or Helm.

• Oversee and troubleshoot Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters.

• Operate within AWS (preferred) or GCP environments.

• Implement and oversee TLS/SSL, RBAC, SSO, and secure API practices.

• Collaborate closely with developers, infrastructure engineers, and support teams to ensure readiness for production.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• 3–6 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or a similar role.

• Proficiency in production environments and live system debugging.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm—experience in deploying and scaling services.

• Knowledge of Linux administration and command-line debugging.

• Hands-on experience with AWS (preferred) or GCP cloud platforms.

• Proficiency in scripting with Bash and Python for automation and monitoring tasks.

• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.

• Understanding of databases (e.g., MariaDB, ScyllaDB) and SQL/CQL querying.
