Site Quality Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Accountable for planning, organizing, leading, and overseeing all quality-related activities during site execution.

• Assess contractual and local standards relevant to site quality.

• Deliver Quality Induction training to site staff.

• Ensure full implementation and ongoing monitoring of Quality Control processes.

• Guarantee that inspections and testing during Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical installation and commissioning are performed, documented, verified, and validated according to the quality control system.

• Engage in internal and contractor quality audits as outlined in the Site Quality audit program.

• Supervise contractor adherence to Quality requirements and follow up on necessary corrective actions taken by the contractor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational background in Technical/Engineering/Quality management.

• Over 5 years of experience in construction quality on-site or in operations.

• Proven experience and capability in Change Management, overseeing internal projects/programs within large and complex organizations.

• Familiarity with SO9001 standards.

• Ability to communicate effectively, focus on results, execute swiftly, and be open to listening to others.

• Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.

• Willingness to relocate to the project site location.
