This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Calculate billing information for studies, including fees for investigators.
• Establish and update trackers for investigator fees.
• Obtain financial approval for payments related to investigator funds.
• Conduct periodic reviews of funding issues for studies and liaise with Project Leads and Global Finance Analysts to resolve them.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to foster relationships and occasionally engage with clients to address payment-specific inquiries.
• Manage critical study-related issues and resolve payment and funding-related findings.
• Proactively identify and communicate project risks when necessary.
• Maintain the investigator funds tracker for studies shifted to site payments.
• Generate reports and metrics for management to monitor task progress, relevant metrics, and fund management.
• Organize communications and keep trackers and systems updated as assigned.
• Create tickets to initiate assigned workflows.
• Follow up with finance team members for updates on approvals.
• Escalate issues to management for resolution.
• Compile data from various sources for billing calculations, fee tracker updates, and report generation.
• Assist in training, mentoring, and reviewing work for junior team members.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical roles may necessitate a certificate.
• Prior experience that equips you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job, comparable to at least 2 years.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple time-sensitive tasks.
• Adaptable and capable of reprioritizing workload to align with shifting project requirements.
• Proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Word and Excel; experience with CTMS, EDC, or financial systems is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both oral and written), with proficiency in additional languages being an asset (where applicable).
• Knowledge of ICH Good Clinical Practices and relevant country regulations and/or applicable tax regulations for all phases of project implementation, execution, and closeout.
• Ability to effectively analyze project-specific data/systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
