This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Become a vital part of our rapidly growing beauty brand by joining our expanding ecommerce team.
• Take charge of the daily operations of OSEA.com, influencing how customers discover, rank, and interact with our products.
• Develop and oversee discount codes, promotions, and specific product configurations within Shopify.
• Manage product tagging and catalog organization to ensure a consistent and well-structured site architecture.
• Oversee on-site inventory data and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve any discrepancies.
• Create and sustain Shopify Flows to automate essential tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to identify, prioritize, and fix site issues.
• Handle relationships and integrations with third-party applications, acting as the main liaison for vendors.
• Maintain and implement a site merchandising calendar synchronized with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Oversee product ranking and presentation across various site pages to boost conversions.
• Configure and enhance cross-sell and upsell strategies to promote higher average order values.
• Curate and improve on-site product recommendation placements to deliver a personalized shopping experience.
• Manage the optimization of search results to enhance relevance and showcase the right products.
• Refine site metadata and content to boost search engine visibility and attract organic traffic.
• Update and enhance top navigation and filtering systems to align with the current product assortment and customer demands.
• Provide insightful reporting and analysis on merchandising performance and search trends to guide strategy.
• 3–5 years of experience in ecommerce, site merchandising, or digital operations (experience in the beauty or wellness industry is preferred).
• Required hands-on experience with Shopify; familiarity with Shopify Flows and back-end product management is a significant advantage.
• Strong familiarity with A/B testing, personalization, heatmapping, and site analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar) is highly desirable.
• Possess an analytical mindset with the ability to generate reports, identify trends, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the capability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Creative, CX, and broader Ecommerce teams.
• Experience in managing third-party app integrations and vendor relationships, including assessing tools, overseeing implementations, and nurturing ongoing partnerships to support site functionality and merchandising objectives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Must reside in the United States to be eligible for this position.
