Site Management Associate II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Engage in clinical research efforts, taking ownership of your responsibilities and collaborating effectively.

• Oversee monitoring procedures at clinical trial locations, ensuring compliance with study protocols and the prompt resolution of site-related challenges.

• Support the preparation and assessment of regulatory documents, guaranteeing that all site activities meet GCP standards and relevant regulations.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to promote clear communication and assistance for trial sites throughout the duration of the study.

• Monitor site performance metrics, analyzing data, and generating reports to improve site management efficiency.

• Take part in training programs and mentor junior team members to aid their growth in clinical trial management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as life sciences, healthcare administration, or clinical research.

• Background in clinical research, site management, or monitoring, with a strong grasp of clinical trial processes and GCP standards.

• Excellent organizational and project management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail, focused on upholding high-quality standards.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to establish and maintain productive relationships with site personnel and cross-functional teams.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 25%).
