Auto Field Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Accountable for developing or reviewing a thorough estimate of damages for both 1st and 3rd party material damage claims within the auto or specialty lines, leading to appropriate resolutions.

• Tasked with training, mentoring, ensuring quality control, and offering technical support on material damage claims.

• Cultivates strong relationships with both internal and external clients across various lines.

• Solid foundation in estimating to create or review damage estimates for 1st and 3rd party material damage losses of varying severities.

• Holds an in-depth knowledge of all policy types issued by the company.

• Engages in negotiations for settlements, processes settlement payments, and documents all actions in the most intricate files across multiple lines.

• Assesses settlement options by analyzing regulatory compliance and equitable claims practices; decides on the best course of action.

• Hands-on experience with CCC ONE or similar estimating software is essential.

• Must exhibit strong time management capabilities.

• Demonstrated negotiation expertise is required.
