Site Management Associate II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Assist in the management and oversight of clinical trial sites.

• Organize monitoring activities at clinical trial sites, ensuring compliance with study protocols.

• Address site-related issues promptly.

• Prepare and assess regulatory documentation.

• Ensure that site activities align with GCP and relevant regulations.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support trial sites throughout the study lifecycle.

• Monitor site performance metrics and perform data analysis.

• Generate reports to enhance site management effectiveness.

• Engage in training programs and mentor junior staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a pertinent field such as life sciences, healthcare administration, or clinical research.

• Experience in clinical research, site management, or monitoring.

• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and GCP guidelines.

• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to establish and nurture effective relationships with site personnel and cross-functional teams.

• Willingness to travel as necessary, approximately 25% of the time.

• Legal authorization to work in Argentina.
