This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Oversee monitoring activities at clinical trial locations, ensuring compliance with study protocols and prompt resolution of site-related challenges.
• Aid in the preparation and review of regulatory documents, ensuring that site activities align with GCP and relevant regulations.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide support to trial sites throughout the entire study lifecycle.
• Monitor site performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to enhance site management effectiveness.
• Engage in training efforts and mentor junior staff to foster their growth in clinical trial management.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as life sciences, healthcare administration, or clinical research.
• Proficient in English and Greek, possessing outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Background in clinical research, site management, or monitoring.
• Strong grasp of clinical trial processes and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Commitment to upholding high-quality standards.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and sustain effective relationships with site personnel and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, approximately 25% of the time.
