Site Management Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Assist in the management of clinical trial locations by engaging in site monitoring activities.

• Ensure adherence to study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Aid in site management tasks, such as preparation of documentation, data entry, and monitoring site performance metrics.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance communication and resolve site-related challenges.

• Keep precise records of site activities and contribute to the development of monitoring reports.

• Engage in training and development programs to improve knowledge and skills in clinical trial management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a CRC/SC/CTA/IHCRA/SMA.

• Experience that includes the initial submission of EC applications and communication with site personnel regarding submissions.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as life sciences, healthcare administration, or clinical research.

• Some exposure to clinical research, site management, or related administrative positions is preferred but not essential.

• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Basic understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards is advantageous.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to work cooperatively in a team-oriented environment.

• Legal authorization to work in Thailand.
