This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee all deployment activities, communications, and planning initiatives in direct collaboration with FAA and Leidos personnel.

• Deliver daily project status reports, encompassing in-briefs/out-briefs, schedule updates, material deliveries, subcontractor actions, and deployment advancements.

• Support FAA Technical Operations (TO) staff with the deployment and certification of the ERAM Technical Refresh system following installation tasks.

• Keep an on-site electronic deployment timetable for each ERAM location from General Acceptance (GA) until the completion of contractor maintenance obligations.

• Execute software installations, firmware upgrades, and various system maintenance tasks.

• Conduct on-site maintenance in accordance with sanctioned technical manuals and procedures.

• Assist TO personnel with routine maintenance and system certification subsequent to hardware maintenance tasks.

• Aid TO personnel with equipment relocation and certification following hardware relocation efforts.

• Provide technical support to local TO personnel during ERAM system maintenance tasks, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and replacement of faulty Line Replaceable Units (LRUs).

• Help manage site spare equipment administration.

• Maintain technical documentation, system data files, maintenance logs, and performance records.

• Collaborate effectively with engineering, logistics, subcontractors, and FAA stakeholders to ensure successful site activation and customer satisfaction.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) with 4+ years of professional experience; or a Master’s degree with 2+ years of professional experience.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Capability to obtain and maintain an FAA Public Trust Suitability determination.

• Must possess (or be able to acquire prior to deployment) a valid passport with adequate validity for international travel.

• Must be willing and able to deploy internationally to Kazakhstan for assignments lasting up to 90 consecutive days.
