Site Engagement Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist in the design and implementation of patient recruitment strategies, working alongside study teams to pinpoint the target population and enhance outreach approaches throughout the trials.

• Formulate and execute recruitment and retention study plans.

• Create and deploy educational resources and tools for sites to facilitate protocol execution and ensure participant safety.

• Establish and nurture relationships with sites, CROs, and vendors that aid in recruitment and retention efforts for clinical trials.

• Expand the company's network with advocacy groups and other organizations that facilitate recruitment and retention in clinical studies.

• Perform market research to identify patient needs and hurdles to participation in clinical trials, using this data to develop effective recruitment and retention strategies.

• Design documents and materials for sites and participants that clarify guidance and support for recruitment and/or retention activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• NP-C/PA-C/BSN/Master of Science is preferred, accompanied by a minimum of 8 years of pertinent experience (including Site, SMO, CRO, and/or Sponsor).

• Background in Dietetics or Nutrition, with experience in chronic weight management utilizing GLP1s is advantageous.

• Comprehensive understanding of the clinical trial process with the capability to develop and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies.

• Strong analytical abilities, experienced in interpreting trial metrics, assessing trends, and adapting to achieve objectives in a dynamic environment.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care.

• Proficient in managing multiple timelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
