Site Care Partner – Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the initiation, activation, relationship management, recruitment, and quality assurance of sites.

• Aids in the selection of sites and provides regional insights.

• Ensures support for sites and addresses any issues that arise.

• Works collaboratively across various functions to enhance communication.

• Upholds site quality and patient safety through data analytics.

• Assists with Country Specific Activities for the implementation of clinical trials.

• Executes client site strategies by qualifying and activating designated sites.

• Evaluates and reviews outputs from site qualification for the selection process.

• Keeps informed about assigned protocols.

• Executes study initiation activities, including Site Qualification.

• Guarantees the completion of follow-up activities after the Site Qualification visit.

• Collaborates with the Clinical Research Associate to ensure monitoring readiness.

• Fosters relationships and ensures operational quality at the site.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of prior experience as a CRA in a clinical research or pharmaceutical organization.

• Experience in oncology monitoring/CRA is essential.

• Required experience in reviewing monitoring reports.

• Proven track record in site management.

• Demonstrated experience in start-up activities leading to site activation.

• Proven experience in conducting and closing out activities.

• A Bachelor’s degree or RN in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience (minimum 5 years’ experience).

• Proficiency in the local language is preferred; English is mandatory.
