This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark, +3 more states.

• Prepare, negotiate, and oversee site agreements, confidentiality agreements, and letters of indemnification for clinical trials.

• Ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory standards, and contractual commitments.

• Monitor, update, and manage contract status within relevant systems.

• Identify and escalate contractual challenges to management as necessary.

• Assist in the internal review, modification, and approval workflow of contracts before submitting them to external entities.

• Work collaboratively with clinical study teams, legal departments, and project management to facilitate smooth contract implementation.

• Maintain both electronic and physical contract files, ensuring precision and availability.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of departmental processes and practices.

• Provide consistent status reports to management and study teams.

• A Bachelor’s degree (LLB, JD, BA, or BS) is preferred; a law degree from a university is highly advantageous.

• Fortrea may accept equivalent relevant experience in place of formal educational qualifications.

• 2–4 years of experience in contract negotiation, clinical research, or a similar field.

• Strong comprehension of ICH GCP guidelines and clinical research methodologies.

• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities.

• Capacity to work independently and juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems.

• Fluency in the local language and English is required.
