This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden, +3 more states.
• Assess, create, and negotiate commercial contracts throughout the company's operations.
• Offer support in contract review, drafting, and negotiation to the Legal Function team.
• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies and regulatory standards.
• Safeguard the company's interests while fostering essential business relationships.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional legal experts, teams, and business units.
• Handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Utilize analytical skills and business acumen in contract-related matters.
• An advanced degree with no prior experience required, or a Bachelor's degree accompanied by 2 years of experience in contract administration, drafting, and negotiation.
• Preferred academic backgrounds include Business, Law, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in contract management are advantageous.
• Proven expertise in evaluating and interpreting commercial agreements and legal documents.
• Solid understanding of contract law principles and risk management strategies.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems and enterprise software (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
• Detail-oriented with robust organizational and time management skills.
• Capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of government contracting and FAR compliance is preferred.
• Experience in the life sciences, healthcare, or technology sectors is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and business units.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Dedicated to maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating sound judgment.
• Travel may be necessary.
