📋 Description

• Transform 60-minute podcast recordings into captivating **Instagram Reels** and short-form videos.

• Pinpoint the most impactful 30–60 second segments and develop enticing hooks that grab attention right away.

• Edit videos featuring speakers, founder updates, behind-the-scenes content, and clips focused on business themes.

• Generate clear, legible captions with embedded subtitles optimized for mobile viewing.

• Produce refined vertical videos that feel organic to Instagram.

• Discover standalone clips with significant engagement potential from longer recordings.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure a unified brand voice and visual aesthetic.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in editing **short-form content** for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts.

• Strong grasp of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention strategies.

• Excellent judgment in choosing engaging moments from longer content.

• Experience in editing content related to founders, businesses, podcasts, or operator-style formats.

• Proficient in one or more of the following tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Descript, or Adobe After Effects.

• Strong design skills for captions, with a focus on readability and visual hierarchy.

• Capability to work independently while reliably meeting deadlines.

• Availability to work during several overlapping hours with PST business time.
