This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Initiate calls to current stockholders to offer support.
• Respond to inquiries and provide voting assistance for Annual/Special Shareholder Meetings.
• Engage in training conducted via computer.
• Personal Computer (Windows 10 or Windows 11 with 8GB RAM) *MAC/Chromebook/Linux/S mode are not compatible.
• Reliable Internet Connection.
• Proficient in technology.
• Excellent communication, listening skills, and phone etiquette.
• Capable of addressing problems and concerns in a diplomatic way.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Preferred qualifications include:
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in finance, investments, or a call center setting.
• Financial or personal/professional experience with stocks or investments.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
