SFCC Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• This position is for one of Weekday's clients.

• Collaborate closely with SEO stakeholders to assess, estimate, and implement technical SEO enhancements across SFCC storefronts.

• Design, develop, and sustain features related to SEO.

• Take charge of designing and launching Progressive Web Applications (PWA) on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform.

• Work in partnership with designers and architects to translate business needs and design concepts into effective and visually appealing user interfaces.

⛳️ Requirements

• Have between 5 to 8 years of experience in the Salesforce Commerce Cloud field.

• Possession of a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer certification is a plus.

• Collaborate closely with SEO stakeholders to assess, estimate, and implement technical SEO enhancements across SFCC storefronts, ensuring compliance with SEO best practices and alignment with business objectives.

• Design, develop, and maintain features related to SEO, including URL management, redirects, canonicalization, and enhancements for page performance.

• Take the lead in designing and implementing Progressive Web Applications (PWA) on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform.

• Partner with designers and architects to transform business requirements and design concepts into effective and visually appealing user interfaces.

• Develop custom SFCC cartridges, pipelines, controllers, and scripts to enhance platform functionality and meet project specifications.

• Implement best practices for code optimization, performance enhancement, and scalability to ensure a seamless user experience across various devices.

• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards.

• Stay updated on the latest SFCC and PWA development trends and technologies, proactively proposing innovative solutions to enhance the platform.
